1. Designated agent

2. What a valid notice must include

Your physical or electronic signature.
Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed.
Identification of the infringing material and where it appears on the service.
Your name, address, telephone number, and email.
A statement of good-faith belief that the use is not authorized by the owner, its agent, or the law.
A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the notice is accurate and you are authorized to act for the owner.

3. Counter-notice

If your content was removed and you believe it was a mistake, send a counter-notice with your signature, identification of the removed material and its former location, a statement under penalty of perjury that removal was a mistake or misidentification, and your consent to the jurisdiction of federal court. We may restore the material in 10 to 14 business days unless the complainant files suit.

4. Repeat infringers

We terminate the accounts of users who are repeat infringers in appropriate circumstances.
