The data controller is ForSaleByPlus, LLC d/b/a JaxHomes, 7901 4th St N, Ste 300, St. Petersburg, FL 33702, legal@develofi.com. Develofi, LLC operates the technology on our behalf.

• Account details: name, email address, phone number, and sign-in and two-step verification records.
• Taste and activity data: likes, passes, favorites, saved homes, saved searches, follows, and the TRAViS preference profile built from them.
• Alerts and communication preferences, including text and email consent and opt-out records.
• Showing requests, shared showing carts, and group shopping activity.
• Home value requests, including property addresses and details you provide.
• Design Studio projects, photos you upload, generated concepts, and design conversations.
• Messages you send through contact, support, and broker forms.
• Event and QR-code visit records used for marketing attribution.
• Usage data: pages visited, features used, and actions taken.
• Device data: browser and device type, approximate location from IP, and display and accessibility settings.
• Cookies and analytics data (see Cookies below).

• Run your account, home feed, match scores, alerts, showings, valuations, and Design Studio.
• Send the emails and texts you ask for, and marketing only with your consent.
• Connect you with our licensed agents to answer questions and schedule showings.
• Keep the service secure, prevent abuse, and meet legal obligations.

• Hosting, database, email, and text-message delivery providers.
• Analytics and session-recording providers that help us improve the service.
• AI providers (OpenAI, Google (Gemini)): your inputs, such as photos and design requests, may be sent to them for processing.
• Authorities when required by law or to protect safety and rights.

We do not use a payment processor; the service does not take payments.

We keep data while your account is active and afterward only as needed for legal, accounting, and dispute purposes. We use encryption in transit, access controls, and per-user data isolation. No system is perfectly secure.

You may request access, correction, or deletion of your data, and opt out of marketing, by emailing legal@develofi.com. Reply STOP to any text to stop texts. We honor Global Privacy Control (GPC) browser signals as an opt-out of non-essential analytics.

California residents may request to know, access, correct, and delete their personal information, and to limit use of sensitive information. We do not sell or share your personal information. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.

The service is not directed to anyone under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. Accounts require users to be 18 or older.

If a breach affects your personal information, we will notify you and regulators as required by the Florida Information Protection Act of 2014 (s. 501.171, Fla. Stat.) and other applicable law.

We use essential cookies and local storage to keep you signed in and remember settings such as theme and text size, and analytics cookies to understand usage. On your first visit you can accept analytics or choose essential only; we remember your choice.
