Terms of Service

You are contracting with ForSaleByPlus, LLC d/b/a JaxHomes, a licensed real estate brokerage in the State of Florida, at 7901 4th St N, Ste 300, St. Petersburg, FL 33702. The website and software are provided by Develofi, LLC, a Florida limited liability company, as technology provider. B3IP Holdings, Inc. owns the TRAViS™ trademark and its underlying intellectual property and licenses them for use in this service.

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract.

We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the service for your own lawful, non-commercial home-shopping purposes.

• Provide accurate information and keep your sign-in details confidential.
• You are responsible for activity under your account. One person per account.

• Scraping, bulk-downloading, or republishing listing data or other users’ information.
• Uploading content you lack rights to, or that is unlawful, harmful, or infringing.
• Probing, disrupting, or reverse-engineering the service or accessing data that is not yours.
• Using the service to harass, discriminate, or violate fair housing laws.

Listing data comes from multiple listing services and may be delayed, incomplete, or inaccurate; it is deemed reliable but not guaranteed. Valuation estimates are automated opinions, not appraisals. Design Studio images, photo descriptions, and TRAViS match scores are generated by AI, may be wrong, and should be verified before you rely on them.

You keep ownership of photos, messages, and other content you submit. You grant ForSaleByPlus, LLC d/b/a JaxHomes and its technology provider a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, process, display, and distribute that content within the service to operate the features you use. You are responsible for your content, and we may remove content at our discretion.

Text alerts are optional and sent only with your consent, which is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency varies; message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel, HELP for help.

The service is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and accuracy of listing, valuation, or AI-generated information.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the greater of the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim or $100.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ForSaleByPlus, LLC d/b/a JaxHomes, Develofi, LLC, and B3IP Holdings, Inc. from claims arising out of your misuse of the service or violation of these terms.

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or end your access for misuse or violation of these terms. Sections that by their nature should survive will survive.

These terms are governed by Florida law without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Exclusive venue for any dispute is the state and federal courts located in St. Johns County, Florida, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
